Nice breakfast with plenty of choices, setting just walking distance from a subway station. They actually had free WiFi. Our favorite hotel in Seoul, we recommend it. We loved the location.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Nambu subway stop and a busstop. An airport limousine bus stops every 30 minutes at the busstop. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It is also walking distance to the Seoul Arts Center.
The carpeting should be replaced and the lighting could be improved. It felt shabby.

Hotel staff does not speak English. It was difficult to get even basic information: about city, transport and services. But they were kind and accommodating. Other aspects were good: place, food (in cafe), rooms were clean.

Two blocks from the subway
The staff wasn't very friendly (no greetings/hamnida). The first room they gave me was not as advertised and it was quite run down, but they quickly gave a better room.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to a metro station. The staff is friendly, helpfull and polite..... most of them anyway!
Well I believe the hotel should have better rates. I just couldnt feel it deserved the money I was paying.

A little shabby and run down. The hotel lobby and the room are not very inspiring. But the location is not bad... There are many other hotels with a better price/return ratio

There was mould on the ceiling and on the shower curtain. The TV did not work. The internet in the room did not work. The staff were not friendly or helpful. The hotel breakfast was slimy and far from adequate and also overpriced. The airconditioner turned off during the night and also in the morning.

Very friendly staff, good value, free high-speed internet. This hotel is somewhat between a 3-4 star hotel.
